The bushes have eyes....

Looking for a fun way to decorate for halloween on a tight budget? This tip is sooo easy and fun. All you need is some empty toilet paper tubes (or cut a paper towel roll in half) a scissors, dark color duct tape, and some cheap glow sticks (I get the double packs for $1 at Big Lots). What you do is cut funky eyes in the TP tubes, insert the glow stick and cover the ends of the tubes with duct tape. Now that you've made your eyes, carefully place them in your bushes or trees and watch them glow...Viola!
