Marshmallow topped cupcakes

In the summer I hate to turn my oven on, but when I do, I try to make several dishes at one time...or at least an extra desert. Here is one recipe that is sure to whip up in a flash and be a big hit with the kids....Chocolate cupcakes with marshmallow topping.

What you need:
Chocolate cake mix (and ingredients to make it)
Large marshmallows
Fun cupcake liners

Spray cupcake pan with non-stick spray and place liners in place. Mix up chocolate cake mix and pour into cupcake cups as directed on box. Bake as directed on box, but cut your time down by 5 minutes. When the timer goes off, its now time to put one single marshmallow on top of each cupcake. Set time for an extra 5 minutes which will allow the filling to complete the baking process and the marshmallow to melt down to a "frosting like" blob on top of the cupcake. Allow cupcakes to cool slightly before serving.
