Irish Mint Brownies

Ooooh, don't these sound delish! Way better tasting and way cheaper than buying fancy brownies from the bakery.

Mint Brownies - take a basic brownie mix and fix according to instructions, then sprinkle Andes chips over the top before baking. Save a few chips to garnish the tops after frosting.

Frosting - This part takes a little more effort. You will need a hand mixer and a chilled mixing  bowl to make this. Do not frost the brownies until they are cooled. Top frosted brownies with remaining  Ande's chips.

What you need
1 C real whipping cream
1/4 C Irish cream coffee creamer (liquid)
1 C powdered sugar
Green food coloring

How to make it
Put whipping cream into chilled bowl and beat with mixer until you get stiff peaks. Then add in remaining ingredients and beat for a minute longer (till well mixed).
