Frugal Eats - Orange cake

Orange cake is a great stockpile recipe you can enjoy year round! Because this makes a great "gift" for things like housewarmings, you might get creative in the pans you choose. I like to make it in a bread pan so so that I can keep one and gift one.

Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix (and stuff to make it minus the water)
Orange Juice (made from concentrate works just fine)
2 tsp Orange extract

To make the cake, mix it up based on box instructions only using orange juice in the place of water, then add the extract. Bake according to box instrctions.

Glaze:
1 C powdered sugar
2 T orange juice

To make glaze simply mix powdered sugar and juice until sugar disolves and its the consistancy you like. Add more powered sugar or juice based on how thick/think you want it. Drizzle over cooled cake.
