Frugal Eats - Breakfast For Supper

Breakfast is normally the least expensive meal of the day, so why not have it for supper?  Its makes for a nice change of pace and is easy on the budget. Consier serving fruit as your side dish. If fresh fruit is out of your budget, you can always used canned or frozen.

Here are a few suggestions that make for a nice meal -
  • Scrambled eggs, toast
  • Pancakes or waffles topped with fruit
  • Left over ham (warmed in the frying pan) with fried eggs and toast
  • Breakfast tortillas (scrambled eggs loaded with cheese, potatoes & veggies rolled up in a tortilla)
  • English muffin breakfast sandwiches (Toasted english muffin topped with meat, cheese and a egg patty)
