Citrus Fruit Salad

Looking for a way to fit some fruit in your off-season meals without spending a fortune. Here is another great recipe from The Prudent Homemaker. This one is for citrus fruit salad using only canned and frozen fruit (most of which can be purchased from Aldi). Portions are dependent on the number of people you are trying to feed, so adjust accordingly. Leftovers can be shored in the fridge for a few days. Doesn't it just look delicious!

Canned grapefruit
Canned Mandarin oranges
Canned pineapple tidbits (you can buy the chunks and cut them in half)
Frozen raspberries (let thaw slightly while mixing other fruit, then add them last)

Mix together and serve in a glass dish for a nice presentation.
