Here is what you need:
- bananas (slightly firm ones work best)
- popsicle sticks
- chocolate chips
- sprinkles and/or nuts.
- Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Once chocolate is melted you can turn the burner off but leave the chocolate over the heat of the water.
- Cut bananas in half and insert a popsicle stick into it
- Hold the banana over the chocolate and spoon the chocolate on top. Rotate to make sure you get all sides.
- Roll the chocolate covered bananna into your desired topping. Sprinkles and nuts work well.
- Place on a cookie sheet, cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
