Kids consignemnt sales

Consignments are simply where you put your items up for sale and the seller keeps a portion of the profits from the sale. The better condition, brand etc your items, the better they sell. Here We Grow Again will have their spring sales soon, so now is the time to get ready and enroll for them. They have several sale locaitons in Kansas, Missouri & Texas. Most of the sales are every 6 months.

If you are looking to purchase kids clothes on a small budget, here are a few tips:
  • Contact the consignment sale organizer to see if you can still get your stuff in the sale. This is a good time to clean out those closets of fall/winter clothing that the kids no longer fit into. Make sure your stuff is clean and serviceable, then hang them on metal hangers and tag them.
  • Consider volunteering to work durring the set up or tear down of the sale. Typically you receive ~$10 credit to spend durring the sale for every 3 hours of volunteering.
  • If you are a consigner and/or volunteer you will be able to get into the sale sooner than the public. This makes it easier to get what you want from the sale.
  • There is typically an time towards the end of the sale that items go 50% off the ticket price. This is a great time to swipe up those items that were marked with a higher than normal selling price at the beginning of the sale.
