Toasting on a budget

Tonite is new years eve and many of us will be staying up late to toast the new year. Some of use will be toasting alone (with New York on the television), while others with friends. No matter how your celebrating, there is not reason to break the bank on your midnight toast. Instead of buying champagne, consider buying sparkling wine such as Asti...whats the difference you ask...where its made. Basically thats it, besides the price. You can buy a decent quality sparkling wine for under $20, so toast up. I will be looking forward to telling you more money saving tips in 2013.
