Confetti idea

Confetti makes for a cheap and easy table decoration for about any occasion. All you need is some scrap paper and a punch to make it. Punches can be purchaed at stores such as Michaels or Hobby Lobby which frequently have 40% off coupons in the paper. This is a great opportunity to think out of the box for recycling items that could be considered "scrap" paper replacements such as left over paint color testers....the sky is the limit.
