General chain studio photography advice: For the best photographer shots, go during the day Mon-Fri avoiding dates between Thanksgiving and Christmas if possible (peak season with seasonal help = less time for each shoot & less experienced photographers). They have both solid and pattern back drops so dressing in solid colors gives your more options for back drops. Dress clothes not in the budget either, why not go for a simple white or black T and jeans for everyone - trust me when I say they can come out pretty cool. If you are planning on children being in the shoot, plan around nap and eating schedules to ensure you have "happy campers".
