Use a workbook over and over

If you have a small child, you've probably figured out already that they LOVE to work on workbooks with you. Problem is, those workbooks can get expensive. Instead of writing right on the page itself, why not neatly cut the pages out and put them into sheet protectors inside a 3 ring notebook so that you can use a dry erase marker to complete them and then wipe the page clean to use it over and over. The additional supplies will cost you on your initial purchase, but if you condider you can replace the inner pages as your child develops, the cost is quickly offset making this a great money saver. If your child is old enough to be trusted with these markers in the car, you can take this notebook on road trips as well. Great item to help with the bordom at the tables of resteraunts, or even just on long trips.
Thanks to Or so she says for the tip and pic!
