Often people think the only way to save money is to shop with coupons or while items are on sale. Yes, those are great tactics, but don't forget that you can find everyday deals at stores as well. One tip is to make sure you check those non-traditional isles such as the ethnic food section. As you can see from the pic below, I found 7oz bags of pasta only in a hispanic bag for $0.45 each (three different types) making it very affordable for those without a coupon.
