Harry Potter weekend?

Looking for a summer break idea to keep the kids entertained....her is yet another one to put on your "bucket list" for them that is cheap and fun....Harry Potter movie marathon with butter beer and popcorn. Why not reserve the entire Harry Potter series at your local library, once they all come in you can plan a movie marathon day. Of coure no movie would be complete without popcorn, so zap up a bag and serve it with the famous butter beer. Mixing up the butterbeer together would make a great "intermission" project (hint hint). Great way to beat the heat!

Butterbeer base:
2L bottle cream soda
2 Tbsp butter extract
2 tsp rum extract

Simply add the extracts to the 2L bottle, put on cap and slowly rotate until completly mixed in. Refrigerate until ready to drink.

Butterbeer cream top:
7oz container of fluff (marshmallow cream)
1 C whipping cream (the stuff that you buy in the milk section)
1 tsp rum extract

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer to combine. Best served same day, refrigerate between uses.

To serve, fill glass 3/4 full with base, then put cream on top to serve.
