Using up extra baby formula

Often times when you have a baby you get sent lots of samples from the formula companies in hopes that you will choose their brand to feed your new infant. Well, of course you pick one and then have to figure out what to do with the rest. Donation to a women's shelter is always and option, but another is keeping it for yourself and using it in place of powdered milk in cooking saving the money on your grocery budget. Powdered milk does taste a bit different than regular milk, but you won't notice the difference in cooking. This is another great tip if you have partial cans left over from switching formulas.
