DIY - Buttermilk

Ever find a recipe that calls for buttermilk only to look in the fridge and not find it. Well, heres your easy substitute so you never have to fret again. Best part is that you can make it from stuff you normally have on hand making it budget friendly as well.

1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 C milk

Mix together to make buttermilk. Yup, its that easy!
