Frugal Eats - Brown Sugar Muffins

I went looking for a new muffin recipe that I could make from my stockpile (because let face it, I love those sorta recipes) and found this one for brown sugar muffins from Safely Gathered. All you need to make them is brown sugar (duh), shortening, vanilla, water, powdered milk, baking soda and flour. My ownly problem is that I don't normally use shortening...so I'll have to be buying some. Doesn't her pic look delish!
