Kabob lunch

Are you looking for a new and fun idea to put in your kids school lunch? How about making kabobs for lunch. You can do one with cubes (or rolled up slices) of meat and cheese, and another kabob with fresh fruit such as pineapple, grapes and berries. To make the kabob you can simply cut the items into cubes then put them on a skewer. But instead of using a traditional bamboo skewer, consider using a cocktail stir stick. By using one of these you get the fun colors the kids will love and loose the sharp tip. You can find them at Target and Walmart for $1-$2 a box. Tell me their friends won't be jealous when they whip a kabob out at the lunch table....
