Extreme couponers clearing shelves

Lets discuss what shelf clearing is. Shelf clearing becoming more and more of a problem since the show Extreme Couponing started airing. It is when someone purchases and extreme amount of an item which then depletes the stores stock for other customers. We are not talking about grabbing 3 or 4 of an item, we are talking way more than that. We can't change the situation, we can only change how we react to it.
