Today is the day for the Wellington Coupon Class. Since there are so few pre-paid seats, I will not be using the American Legion hall, and instead we will relocate this class to a private home. There is still room if you would like to join us. Click here to enroll (prior to 10am) and I will message you the new location (It's just up the block from the Legion, but I would prefer not to put anyones address on the internet). If you are not able to make this class, the next one is September 25th, 2011. Click here to enroll in the next class.
BTW here is what I got at Target last night and what I ended up paying. Grabbing some school clothes and supplies with some great coupons - gotta love that! Couple problems though, two of my beach towels rang up $2 more than marked, plus the cashier forgot to give me my $.15 credit for bringing my bags...so guess we'll have to get that adjusted next go round. Yup, even happens to me.
4 beach Towels
1 bed pillow
2 pair of jeans for my daughter
2 pair of jeans for my son
2 pair of pants for me
2 pkgs of up & up cleaning wipes
1 pkg of sharpie markers
4 pkgs of tape
4 pkg of bic pens
2 pkg of tide stain release packs
1 bottle of lysol kitchen cleaner
2 lg jars of miracle whip
2 sunscreen sticks
4 lg boxes of jello
1 SH cuticle trimmer
3 reuseable water bottles (these are great in lunch boxes)
1 pkg beverage napkins
6 disposable table cloths
Total saved $66.84
Total out of pocket $77.43 after tax
Why do I coupon? It probably took me an hour to clip and organize my coupons for this trip which then earned me $66.84 in savings. Saving the cash on my purchases means that my family gets the things they need, & I can work fewer hours away from home. Working fewer hours at a job gives me more time home with my children. I'd say that a fair trade. Don't you?
