DIY Funnel Cakes

Who makes funnel cakes for breakfast after a slumber party...only the coolest Mom in the neighborhood! Unfortuntely this was not me, but yes, I think the idea was fantastic and well worth sharing, because...basically funnel cake batter is simply a version of pacake batter. Of course I would sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and offer some fruit compote for those who wanted it.
