- Grab her a deal for a spa day etc off of a daily deal site. Check out the quick links above.
- Grab a discounted Easter basket and use some inexpensive spray paint to paint it a neutral color (like white), then fill it with items that are special to her.
- Cooking basket full of cooking tools and specialty foods and/or grocery store gift card
- Spa basket filled with bath salts, bubble bath etc.
- Movie basket, filled with microwave popcorn, candy and some of her favorite movies
- Frame artwork - have the kids make a picture for mom and put it into a great frame for the wall. If you kids are too small to make their own, consider doing hand/feet prints instead. Be sure you don't forget to write the child's name and date in the corner before framing.
- Write Mom a poem, or make her some hand print flowers. Give it to her when you serve her breakfast in bed.
- Go online and create a photo book full of special memories you've had with her. You can frequently find daily deals for these making them very affordable.
- Don't fight the crowd, cook Mom her favorite meal. Make sure the kids do the bulk of the cooking. Ensure clean up is part of the plan....don't leave Mom with the mess.
