Bunny Cake

Are you looking for a cute Easter desert? I found this recipe when looking for somthing else (typical me) and thought it was adorable. I am TOTALLY going to try and make this for my kids this year, but take it one step farther. I am going to use a chocolate cake, then make a white rabbit with white icing, and add some coconut on top of the frosting to represent the hair. Sounds like a great big "snowball" to me - delish!
