Refried beans are your friend

If you family eats tacos and/or beef enchladas, you need this trick. When you brown your ground beef (or beef/turkey combo) and are ready to add in the spices, don't forget to add a can of fat free refriend beans. The refried beans will warm and "melt" into the meat mixture making it difficult to detect. The bonus of doing this is that it will boost the protein (which is what keeps you from being hungry right away), cut the cholesterol, and best of all cut the cost per serving.
