Baked Grapefruit
Take a ruby red grapefruit and slice in half so that middles looks like a starburst. Take a knift/grapefruit spoon and loosen each section, this makes it easier eat after baking.
Put grapefruit halves onto a pan with sides such as a cookie sheet.
Top each grapefruit with 1 Tsp butter, 1 Tbsp brown sugar and 1 Tsp cooking wine (alcohol will bake out). You will end up with a large blog of butter/sugar on top, this will disolve into the grapefruit while baking.
Bake uncovered for ~15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
