Shepherds Pie

Here is a great recipe to use up those leftover green beans and potatoes from Thanksgiving.

Brown 1# hamburger, adding roast type spices (your pref, we use garlic and Lipton onion soup) - drain off fat. Pour (drained) cans of green beans and carrots on top (or use leftovers). Mix can of cream of mushroom soup and can of cream corn together, pour on top. Take leftover mashed potatoes and top mixture. Garnish with some shredded cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for ~30 minutes
