The holiday season is here. If you family and friends are anything like mine, they will fill a house until there isn't another seat to fill. If you are considering other options, don't forget about your local halls. Frequently you can rent smaller halls for very little cash. For example the American Legion Hall in Wellington runs only $50 for rental (plus $50 refundable deposit, price discounted for members) and can seat up to 60 people. The rental fee includes several tables & chairs. They also have a small kitchen type area, making it ideal for dinner events. Way more affordable than an addition to your home or rental of a larger hall.
