Cheap Breakfast Idea - Pannekoeken Pancakes

A classmate of mine made these this week and was kind enough to share the recipe. She found it on Cooks.com and modified it only slightly by adding apples.

2 Tbsp butter
1/2 C milk
2 eggs
1/2 C flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple, thinly sliced

Melt butter in a pie pan. Mix milk, eggs, flour and pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle mixture with cinnamon and sugar and top with apple slices. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

Pannekoeken pancakes are supposed to rise in the oven and fall when removed from heat, the goal is to get them to the table so quickly that your guests can have the experience of seeing them fall.
